Replacement and Cancellation Policies
We follow simple policies regarding the replacement and cancellation of file. This policy will help minimize the risk of translating the wrong file. The replacement and cancellation policies are explained below:
All electronically issued services offer quality assurance. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality, simply write to us within 7 days asking for rework of the service rendered to you. If the quality delivered fell short of the service promise, we will rework the assignment for free. Clients acknowledge and agree to our refunds policy, which clearly states that all services offered are performed to the best of our abilities, begin immediately upon order confirmation, and will be rendered on the client’s behalf in good faith.
Clients agree to resolve any questions, concerns, or disputes regarding the quality of delivered services by submitting a written request, either by email or the Ulatus Online system website. This request must specifically outline all questions and concerns about possible editorial errors or omissions so that our experts may clearly address, respond to, and/or correct any areas of concern on the client’s behalf as quickly and professionally as possible. Rework requests are applicable only to the original text and will be carried out according to the assignment’s original written instructions.
It is deemed that once you have accepted our quotation over e-mail, it is a formal order. You are then liable to make payment for the order even if you disagree with the pricing at a later stage.
If there is a mismatch between the deadlines you have given us and the priority selection, we will give preference to the priority and not the deadline when giving you the pricing details.
By providing your email address and consent to us, you give us permission to send you regular updates about our services and company. If you ask us specifically not to send e-mails to you, we will stop sending you e-mails. For European Economic Area (EEA) members, promotional emails will be sent to you only if you give consent.
If your e-mail address is not functional and we encounter issues such as e-mail bouncing, we are not liable for delivery of your files. We will try and contact you once through the contact information provided by you over e-mail. You need to contact us to receive your translated files in such situations.
Delivery of Files
We always deliver translated documents within the deadline promised to you. In case you do not receive your document, please contact us immediately. In addition, check your junk e-mail folder.
Your Intellectual Property Rights
CIPL and its employees make no claims on any work submitted to us for translation. Any documents ("Documents") submitted will remain your intellectual property. Translators have signed a confidentiality agreement to waive their claim to any intellectual property submitted through our service. You represent that you have obtained all necessary third party rights, including (without limitation) copyrights, for any Documents or portions thereof that belong to third parties. It is your responsibility to determine if it is necessary for you to obtain, and for obtaining, any licenses required to use third party content that is part of the Documents. You agree not to use the services for or provide documents with any infringing, illegal, sexually explicit, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material, including (without limitation) any materials that could give rise to any liability to CIPL or that might adversely affect CIPL’s public image, reputation, or goodwill.
Notification Of Changes
CIPL reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time with or without notifying you of such changes. The changes will only affect your use of the services after the effective date of the change unless we clearly express otherwise. Your use of the services after CIPL provides you with notice of such changes shall be deemed your approval of such changes.
Destruction Of Documents
CIPL reserves the right to save documents on its systems according to its policy and Indian government regulations for conducting business. If you want us to delete your files specifically from our systems, you need to send us an e-mail stating your need.
This website is owned and operated by CIPL and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way, any material from this site, including code and software. CIPL may, in its sole and absolute discretion, immediately terminate service, should the client's conduct fail to conform to the terms and conditions of our service.

We generally do not ask for advance payments. However, on certain occasions, depending on the assignment, we may request a nominal percentage or the entire fee of the assignment as advance payment.
