教育学の博士号を保有、豊富な日英翻訳の経験があり、言語学、記号論、設計論、マーケティングなどに関わる文書を扱う。多岐の分野にわたる研究論文や書籍を出版しており、翻訳の幅にさらなる広さをもたらしている。文部科学省認定の英語教師でもあり、SOASの日本語教師である。学術文書、プロポーザル、書籍、短編映画など様々な翻訳経験を持つ。
