Their programs use a curriculum that emphasizes the development of key life skills like competence, confidence, connection, character, caring, and contribution. These lessons incorporate running and other physical activities and are taught by dedicated and trained coaches. Girls on the Run strive to instill joy, health, and confidence in girls by employing an engaging and interactive curriculum that integrates running, physical activities, and valuable life lessons.
